Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy, rates and estimates:

katy&grace offers flat-rate shipping on all orders, using Austrian Post. All packages are tracked.

Austria: 4,50EUR (free AT shipping on orders over 60EUR)

Germany: 9,90EUR (free DE shipping on orders over 100EUR)

European Union: 12,90EUR

UK, Switzerland & Norway: 15,50EUR

US & Canada: 29,90EUR

Orders take between 1-5 business days within Europe, and 5-21 business days for the rest of the world. Please note, that these are estimated times and we cannot guarantee delivery times. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are beyond our control. You can contact the shipping company to open a service ticket.

katy&grace is not responsible for the return shipping costs of packages sent to an incorrect address. If the customer has provided an incorrect address at the time of ordering, the customer is responsible for the payment of return- and reshipping fee.

Import Taxes and Costum Fees:

Depending on where you are located, your country may charge additional fees. katy&grace ist not responsible for any import taxes or custom fees that you receive upon the import of your order. Please note that any required taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If the package is refused at point of entry and is returned to katy&grace, we will refund the cost of product, minus the cost of return postage.

Return Policy:

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you need to return an item, please do so within 14 days of delivery.

The costumer is responsible for covering return charges. 

Please email office.katyandgrace@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number, photos of your return and reason for return in your email. If your return is accepted, we will then provide you with the return address needed to ship the item back.

Once your return is received and approved, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If you request a return, credit is applied to your original form of payment.

All items must be returned in the condition they were received - new, unwashed, and hair-free. katy&grace will not return any products that were worn, damaged, altered or used.

We are not responsible for lost returns that are lost during return shipping.

Cancellations:

katy&grace does not accept order cancelations. Once an order has been shipped, we have no possibility of getting it back from the shipping service provider.

If you would like to cancel your order, you have to wait until you receive the item and then you can process it as a return.
